1. Flying or Driving?

2. When should I book my travel and accommodations?
We have secured two hotel blocks at
The Hotel Chalet and
The Chattanoogan in South Downtown Chattanooga. The hotels are only four minutes apart.
Rooms are based on availability (not guaranteed), so we recommend booking as early as possible.

Yes — the wedding party will be staying at
The Hotel Chalet at the Choo Choo. The Chattanoogan is another awesome block we booked as a back up based on hotel availabilty.
4. Are children invited?
Children of family are being invited. Please check your invitation if that is indicated.
5. What’s the dress code?
Wedding formal. Bonus points for great style!

Yes! We will provide transportation from the hotel block locations to the venue on the wedding day, with both drop-off and return service. Additionally, the free
CARTA Downtown Shuttle runs from the Choo Choo to the riverfront on weekends.
The venue does have a large parking lot if you would like to drive.

-
Early arrival meet-up: Friday, October 16

Formal welcome party: Saturday, October 17
9. What’s the etiquette for RSVPs?
Please RSVP
two months before the wedding day. This helps us finalize guest counts with our vendors.

The ceremony is planned for outdoors (weather permitting), and the reception will be indoors. The venue has an indoor backup space in case of rain.
11. Can I bring a plus-one?
